Broadbeach Medical Centre & Gold Coast Women's Health has been providing quality healthcare to the Gold Coast community for over 30 years. We offer comprehensive general practice services for all ages, with a special focus on women's health, including fertility, pregnancy, contraception, menopause, sexual health and procedural care. Our doctors are also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Alumni Registrars:
- Dr Timothy Nelson joined our practice in 2022 as a part-time RAAF registrar, fellowing shortly after. He continues to work at the practice on a part-time basis.
- Dr Ashleigh Heuke joined Broadbeach Medical Centre & Gold Coast Women's Health as a registrar in 2023 and has continued her work with us since.
- Dr Lisa Olsen worked with our practice in 2024.
- Dr Louisa MacDonald worked at Broadbeach Medical Centre in 2024.
- Dr Gabriela Rocha worked at Broadbeach Medical Centre in 2026.

GP Supervisors: Dr Ka-Kiu Cheung and Dr Fiona Hatton
Dr Ka-Kiu Cheung
Dr "KK" is an Australian born and trained General Practitioner with three young children of her own. She has a particular interest in women's, children's, and preventative healthcare. She has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is currently focusing on children with developmental or behavioural concerns. She has experience in breastfeeding medicine and unsettled infants, having worked at the Mater Mothers Parenting Support Centre, and also having worked within a breast cancer screening clinic.
Dr KK has been with Broadbeach Medical Centre & Gold Coast Women's Health since 2011.
Dr Fiona Hatton
Fiona is a dedicated General Practitioner who enjoys all aspects of general medicine, including women's health, paediatrics and preventative medicine. She enjoys learning about all aspects of her patient's history.
Dr Fiona joined the team at Broadbeach Medical Centre & Gold Coast Women's Health in 2005.
